St. Paul's     E-pistle  January 20, 2016 This Sunday, January 24th   Third Sunday after Epiphany Holy Communion - 10 AM   All are welcome to receive Communion! The glory of the Lord is revealed in the reading of scripture. People stand at attention. People weep. People prostrate themselves in prayer. The unity of the church is another reflection of the glory of God. Most gloriously, the promises of God are fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ. Gather round. Listen up. Dawn Roginski The St. Paul's Call Committee invites you to meet our recommended Candidate for Call, Pastor Dawn Roginski, Sunday, January 31st, during coffee hour following worship. As you know, Pastor Dawn is currently serving Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Vallejo in a half-time position.  She will be joining us at noontime following the conclusion of the worship service at Holy Trinity. We are excited and hope you are too at this opportunity to meet and chat with Pastor Dawn in an informal setting.  Pastor Dawn is excited to meet you as well and looks forward to speaking with each of you personally.  Please plan to attend this important event.   Calling All Pancake and Sausage Lovers Sunday February 7th, the Sunday before Ash Wednesday, will be St. Paul's "Fat Sunday" celebration,  Come and enjoy a pancake and sausage luncheon after the service.  Thank you to all the volunteers who signed up to help make this event happen.
